Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Finalook (the "Service"), operated by Reformity Inc. (Nexus AI GTA) in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Finalook lets contractors generate AI design renders from photos, build branded quotes, and send quotes to clients for online approval. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to do business and to use any photos and client information you upload.

3. Trials, plans & billing

• Paid plans (Core, Pro) are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. A valid payment method is required to start the 14-day trial.
• You will not be charged until your trial ends. After the trial, your plan renews automatically each period until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• Plan render limits apply as described at sign-up and may be enforced by the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading content you do not have the right to use; uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempting to bypass usage limits or security; or using the Service to violate any law.

5. AI renders are illustrative

Renders generated by the Service are AI-created representations for illustration and conceptual purposes only. Actual materials, colours, textures, dimensions, and final appearance may vary and may not precisely match a render. Renders are not engineered drawings, specifications, or a guarantee of the finished result.

6. Quotes are between you and your client

Finalook is a tool that helps you prepare and send quotes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, pricing, and terms of every quote you create, and for your contract with your client. Finalook is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the work quoted or performed.

7. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the photos, renders, logos, and quote content you create or upload. You grant Finalook a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. Finalook and its underlying software, design, and brand remain our property.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finalook and Reformity Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
